"No! NO!" Hiccup shouts as he tried to pull us up to doge the clublike tail of the Green Death. My artificial tail burned, and just fell off a moment ago... I'm suprised we're still airborn. I try and jerk myself upwards in an attempt to assist him, but it's all in vain as the tail hits us at full velocity. It hits at an angle, at least. My shouder's in throbbing pain from it, but I feel... lighter. "Hiccup?" I twist around. Hiccup's not on my back anymore, but unconscious and falling down into the monsterous flames. "No!" I roar, and I steady myself, and move my wings forword in an attempt to fly after him, to save him. Since the prosthetic tailfin burnt off, it's not easy flying; even downward. Everything's moving in slow motion. I can feel each individual beat of my heart pounding in my chest. Adrenaline pulses through me. No matter how hard I try, he seems too far away... But I'm not going to let him die. I push harder and harder. I roar, reach my forearm out (not wanting to cause any damage by using my teeth), and grab onto his right leg. I pull him into my arms, and wrap my wings around him. "I got him... He's safe, now." My last thought before I close my eyes, and brace for the impact. After we hit the ground, I feel a terrible pain in my right side as we grind against the rough ground, and then there's total darkness.

"Hiccup! Hiccup! SON!" I hear someone yelling in the distance. But I'm so exhausted, I can barely move; let alone open my eyes. "Hiccup!" I hear again, along with footsteps running in my direction. Who is that? Hiccup's father? I roll over slightly. I moan, because the pain from both the impacts sears through my body as I put more weight on that side. "Hiccup..." That same voice says again. I hear a thud, as if that person fell to the ground. "I did this..." the voice mutters. Strange... That's the same thing Hiccup said when he found me bound and helpless in the forrest...
I muster up enough strength to open my eyes, and slightly lift my head up. Sure enough, that voice was Hiccup's father, and he's on his knees, mourning. Same goes for the other vikkings, and some dragons as well. I look directly at Hiccup's father, who has tears trickling down his face. "Oh son... I'm so sorry..." Sorry? For what? Does he think Hiccup is... No. No he's not. I saved him. He's... I open up my wings.
He's right here..
"Hiccup!" Hiccup's father exclaims, as he takes him out of my grasp. He brushes the hair out of Hiccup's face, and takes off his horned hat, and puts his ear to Hiccup's chest to hear his heartbeat. After a few seconds, he sobs. "He's alive! You brought 'im back alive!" Tears of pure joy and relief pour from his eyes. Dragons and other vikkings in the crowd rejoice as well.
Hiccup's father reaches his hand out, and gently touches my face. I rest my head, exhausted. "Thank you for saving my son." he says, with heavy gratitude in his voice. Another man hobbles next to him. "Well... Y'know, most of 'im." he says. "Most of him?" I look at Hiccup. He looks fine, until I see his left leg. Most of the skin below his knee is burnt off, body fat and muscle are scortched, and the bones around his ankle are sticking out. Some of his toes are even burnt off. "Oh Gods..." His foot must've caught of fire before I was able to wrap my wings around him... And his ankle must've broken on the first impact by being yanked out of foot holster...
I groan. "Don't you worry," the other man says. "He'll be alright. We're gonna have to chop his leg though... We can't save that. But I can whoop up a new one when we get back to Berk. One that can adjust to that tail of yours, which we're gonna have to make a new one of, too." I groan again. Hiccup's life is ruined. He won't be able to walk easily anymore... Because of me... "Dragon," Hiccup's father says. I look up at him. "You... You were willing to risk your life to save my son. You may not have brought him back all in one piece, but... Don't you worry about anything. Hiccup's going to be just fine." He says. It's as if he could sense my worry.
Another thing occurs to me. "How are we going to get him back home?" The boats are destroyed, and my tail's ruined too... And I wouldn't be able to fly without Hiccup. All we have are a few ameatur dragon riders... I guess the other vikings'll have to learn quickly.

HTTYD: Sick Days Toothless POV
Sick Days-Toothless POV
Birds are pretty. That's what I decided as I laid quietly in the morning sun and watched two pretty little birds fly around in the trees. I felt a pang of unhappiness as I realized that I used to be able to do that, but instead of trees, I flew around pillars or rocks and oceans and even the stars and the moon! (At least in my own mind). I huffed in unhappiness before I heard a rustle over on the other side of my lake (It is mine, for I live here now.) I was on edge for a second until I saw a head of brown pop out from the hole that was above rock like stair steps and I

Theme: HiccupxAstrid (HicStrid?)
Setting: The story takes place, I don't know, maybe a day after the whole ending.
A punch and a kiss. That was the only way Astrid would show any affection to Hiccup, but deep inside, the boy wanted just a little bit more, a walk by the bay maybe or a day watching the sunset or even just a quiet evening together. There wasn't anything wrong with that, right? He just didn't want everything to always end with a punch and a simple kiss.

The sun was beginning to hide behind the trees and the cold of the night crept along the west. Everyone in the village was beg

Hiccup grinned to himself as he ran back to his house after dragon training. He had successfully "defeated" a dragon without harming the beast and he was glad. He knew that if he actually hurt one of the dragons, he'd never be able to look Toothless in the face.
His smile widened at the thought of his black dragon and he hopped the stairs up to his house two at a time so he could get there faster. Today was an extremely hot day. Extremely hot. So today instead of going flying with Toothless, he had something different planned.
He opened the door to his house and went to the ce

SONOFABITCH, I didn't want to end it like this :/ There might be a part 2 if I can figure out a good way to continue this.
Well, I really wanted to make a video for this amazing movie, but I don't have a program to make one with, yet :/ so I drabbled instead. It's pretty much just Toothless's POV of (part of) "Counter Attack" and (most of) "Where's Hiccup?" number, and my own "leg theory". AND, If you watch closely during that part when Toothless is flying after Hiccup, he does reach his forearm out (at least a little bit) right before the flames cover the screen C:
